We are committed to upholding the human rights of workers according to the highest standards of the Ethical Code of Conduct and continuously strive to improve in the following areas:
We enforce a zero-fee recruitment policy. Workers and employees do not pay for recruitment fees, placement fees, levies, or related costs. We prohibit forced, bonded, or indentured labor, involuntary prison labor, slavery, or trafficking of persons. We ensure that all work is voluntary.
We do not employ children under the age of 15 or below the minimum age required to complete compulsory education in Malaysia. Employees under 18 are prohibited from working night shifts, performing overtime, or undertaking tasks that could jeopardize their health or safety. Our policy is to employ only individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
We maintain reasonable working hours. Employees are not required to work more than 60 hours per week, including overtime, and are entitled to at least one day of rest during every seven-day period.
We compensate our employees fairly. All employees receive at least the minimum wage required by Malaysian law and are provided with all legally mandated benefits, including applicable premium rates for overtime.
We treat all employees with respect and dignity. We have zero tolerance for violence, gender-based violence, sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, bullying, public shaming, or verbal abuse. Threats of such treatment are equally prohibited.
Our company strictly prohibits all forms of physical punishment, verbal abuse, mental or physical coercion, or harassment. We do not discriminate or harass based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, ethnicity, national origin, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, union membership, veteran status, protected genetic information, or marital status. This applies to all employment practices including wages, promotions, rewards, and access to training.
We respect our employees' right to associate freely. Employees may join registered associations or reunions of their choice. We recognize and respect the right of employees to form and join registered trade unions, to bargain collectively, and to engage in peaceful assembly.
